Volunteer

Teens

The Westmont Public Library is looking for teens in grades 6 – 12 to help librarians prepare for programs, find books, clean, and perform other general tasks. A teen is considered a 6th grader starting in the summer before they start middle school.

Each volunteer will be assigned a shift, which will cover the same 1-2 hour time slot every week until their required hours are completed, and/or a program is finished. Volunteers are expected to show up to all shifts when the library is open unless otherwise communicated.

If you are interested in being a teen volunteer, please fill out the application form.

If there are no days, times, or programs on the application that currently work for your schedule please check back at a later date, as more availability will open up throughout the session.

For more information on volunteering at the library, read our Volunteer and Community Service Policy.
