Pretty Little Liars, based on the books by Sara Shepard, is a great series for binge watching and that’s just what I’ve been doing. Four high school friends are shattered by the mysterious death of their manipulative leader, Alison, and go their separate ways. A year later, the girls start receiving text messages and notes from “A” that detail their every indiscretion and threaten to ruin everything. This crisis brings the friends back together as Hannah, Spencer, Aria and Emily attempt to deal with “A”, their various family issues, boyfriend/girlfriend problems, and each other.
Is it Alison harassing them from beyond the grave or is it someone who is very much alive? What does “A” want and when will it end?
