At the end of each “month” of precepts, Palacio has sprinkled in fictionalized chapters giving us more information on the students in Wonder. End of month chapters include summer precept letters from characters like: August, Julian, Summer, Amos, and more. For those of us who are curious about what happened in the days after the kids left Mr. Browne’s class, those end of month chapters shed light on the continuing lives of the students. So, don’t continue to just “wonder” about the characters, read more about them and discover your own personal favorite precepts along the way.
