The Westmont Public Library is accepting resumes for the position of part-time Administrative Assistant. Under the direct supervision of the Library Director, this person performs administrative duties for the Director and multiple managers. Responsibilities include preparing reports and financial data, acting as recording secretary for the Board Meetings, ordering supplies, and assisting with general office management duties. This position requires strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with staff, elected officials, and vendors. The hours are flexible on this 19.5 hour a week position with the exception of the third Tuesday of each month, when an evening shift is required.
