Online Library Card Application

Please fill out the form below to apply for a Westmont Public Library card.

  • For residents of the Westmont Public Library taxing district.
  • Cards will be mailed in 3 to 4 business days.
  • Borrow both physical and digital materials upon receipt of your card.
  • Minors must have permission of parent or guardian.

If you need immediate access to digital materials only, a temporary 90-day digital access pass is available to Westmont residents 13 years or older.

  • Please create a PIN to be used as your account password.

  • I understand I am responsible for this card and all materials checked out on this card. If I am no longer in possession of this card, I will report it as lost to the library. I am further responsible for any charges that may result from loss or damage of materials borrowed.

    If I am signing for a minor, I understand I am responsible for this card and all materials checked out on this card. I understand that this card will have Internet access, unless I ask to opt out of those privileges.
