The Westmont Public Library is seeking a friendly and customer service driven individual to join our team as a Patron Services Associate. Applicants should enjoy serving a diverse public, using a variety of technology, and working collaboratively with staff and patrons. Primary duties include assisting patrons with their accounts, answering questions, circulating materials, and creating library cards.
Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma. A minimum of one year working experience in a customer driven environment is required. This is a part-time position, 19.5 hours per week, and includes nights and weekends. Starting salary is from $16.02/hour, DOQ. Benefits include paid time off with vacation, personal, and sick time.
