Coronavirus Updates

Following the latest guidance from IDPH, masks are required for all people aged 2 years and older, regardless of vaccination status, while in the Library. Curbside service will be available to patrons by calling 630.869.6150.

In-person Library Use

Monday – Thursday • 9 am – 8 pm
Friday & Saturday • 9 am – 5 pm
Sunday • noon – 4 pm

Please follow all instructions given to you by Library staff. Further guidelines may be issued based on new or emerging data. If you or anyone in your household is not feeling well, please do not visit the Library.

Curbside Pickup

Request items and pick them up in the Library parking lot when they’re ready.

Computer Use

The Computer Lab is open for two-hour sessions. Westmont residents may make an appointment in advance by calling 630 869 6155.

Staff assistance is available via remote services. Masks are required for any one-on-one services. 

Returning Items

Book drops are open for returning Library materials.

Per updated guidelines, we are no longer quarantining materials after they are returned.

No late fees are assessed for items checked out from Westmont Public Library.

Meeting Spaces

Some study rooms and the Community Meeting Room are now available. The second floor Kwasek Meeting Room and play spaces remain unavailable. More information about reserving a room is available on the Meeting Spaces page.
