Origin by Dan Brown

Robert Langdon, Harvard professor of symbology and religious iconology and frequent saver of the world, arrives at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao to hear a major announcement by one of his first students, tech-billionaire Edmond Kirsch. Kirsch is promising that his talk is going to “change the face of science forever” and as the night goes on it seems like that may be an understatement. Kirsch and his team have made an astonishing breakthrough, one that is going to change the fundamental nature of human existence. As the night descends into chaos from an attack on Kirsch’s life and research, Langdon and his companion, museum director Ambra Vidal, will race against a persistent and tormented enemy to discover the truth behind Kirsch’s research. Filled modern art and classic religious iconography, Origin looks to be one of Dan Brown’s best.
