Kwasek Meeting Room and Community Meeting Room
The Kwasek Meeting Room, located on the second floor, can accommodate 50 people and is a great option for large groups looking for a meeting space. The Community Meeting Room, located on the first floor, can accommodate up to 30 people and is a great option for smaller groups looking for a meeting space.
Both rooms can be booked by Westmont cardholders up to 90 days in advance. For more information, please read our Meeting Room Use Policy. Audio-visual equipment is available for both meeting rooms and can be requested upon reservation.
The library has eight study rooms that may be used by small groups or individuals and are free of charge. Study rooms in the Youth Services department on the second floor are reserved for patrons under 18 years of age or those accompanying a minor.
Westmont cardholders may reserve a study room up to 2 weeks in advance for up to 4 hours at a time. Non-cardholders can use the room on a first-come first-served basis. Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes late forfeit their room reservation.
