Kwasek Meeting Room and Community Room
The Kwasek meeting room, located on the second floor, can accommodate 70 people and is a great option for large groups looking for a meeting space. The Community room, located on the first floor, can accommodate up to 30 people and is a great option for smaller groups looking for a meeting space. Both rooms can be booked by Westmont cardholders.
The library has five study rooms that may be used by small groups or individuals and are free of charge.
A Westmont card holder can reserve the Kwasek meeting room and the Community meeting room up to 90 days in advance. To reserve a meeting room, fill out the meeting room application. For more information, please read our Meeting Room Use Policy.
Westmont residents with a library card or valid I.D. may reserve a study room or the conference room up to 2 weeks in advance for up to 3 hours at a time. Non-residents can use the room on a first-come first-served basis. To reserve the first floor study rooms, contact our Adult Services help desk at 630 969 5625 ext 5 or [email protected]. Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes late forfeit their room reservation.
Audio-visual equipment is available for both the meeting rooms and conference room and can be requested upon reservation.
