Looking for a great place to volunteer?
If you can spare an hour or more on a weekly basis, we would love to add you to our team! Anyone over the age of 12 may complete a Volunteer Application. Volunteers work in several departments of the library including circulation, technical services, outreach/marketing, and facility projects. For more information on volunteering at the library, read our Volunteer and Community Service Policy.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the library! At this time, we are not accepting adult volunteer applications due to an extensive waiting list. Please check back here for future openings.
Contact our Outreach Coordinator, Carmen Higgins at [email protected] or 630 869 6158 with any questions.
The Westmont Public Library is looking for teens in grades 6 – 12 to help librarians prepare for programs, find books, clean, and perform other general tasks. A teen is considered a 6th grader starting in the summer before they start middle school.
Please visit our Teen Volunteeering page to get involved.
